1. What does Anissette Solutions do?

Major corporations outsource their calls through Arise Virtual Solutions. Arise then outsources to companies like Anissette Solutions to find people who work from home and connect them to clients needing services. You choose the client you want to provide services for, get certified, and then take inbound customer service calls from home. It is all computerized on Arise's platform, so you log into your computer and the client's systems. The calls come directly to you through a headset connected to your computer or a landline. If you don't have computer equipment, review the selected equipment (click here), which is guaranteed to work with our client's servers. You answer as if you are in a call center!

2. How do I know this opportunity is real?

Unfortunately, many scams exist in the virtual work-from-home space. Anissette Solutions is partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions, a legitimate work-from-home opportunity. Arise has been delivering services in the cloud for over 20 years through its network of tens of thousands of independent work-at-home customer service, sales, and technical support providers in the United States. Thousands of small businesses and their contractors have enjoyed providing services to Arise for decades. 

3. What are the fees?

To partner with Anissette Solutions and be allowed to provide your services to clients, you must complete the following startup costs, which are considered your investment into your own business:

  1. Certification Course for the client you choose is FREE!

  2. $20 (refundable) course deposit fee.

  3. $30 background check.

  4. $44.75 service platform fee per invoice*.

*Anissette Solutions charges a low flat service fee of $44.75 per invoice, which includes the service platform fee our partner Arise charges. We also have to cover business costs, such as Partner fees, software costs, bank fees, and more. Our low flat service fee allows us to support and help you succeed!

4. How much money will I make?

You choose the client that you want to service. Some partners select their clients based on the compensation rate. Others prefer a client because they are open 24/7. Some choose a client that is super easy and pays lower hourly. You set your schedule and decide when and how much you work. Your paycheck is up to you!

Partners make between $300 - $1,500+ bi-weekly!

5. Do I pay my own taxes?

You are an Independent Contractor and are responsible for your taxes. Anissette Solutions does not take any taxes out on your behalf. You will receive a Form 1099 at the end of the year if you make $600 or more. Please remember that you are NOT an employee. You are self-employed and will receive a Form 1099-MISC. Many of your expenses may be tax deductible. Please consult with your accountant or tax professional.

In addition, you are not eligible to receive unemployment, overtime, or benefits as an Independent Contractor.

6. I'm ready, how do I get started?

Follow each step carefully:

  1. Complete the Contact Us form: click here

  2. We will email you a unique link to create your Arise Profile. Use our Service Partner ID:  1077298

  3. Now that you have completed the Anissette Solutions form, you must create a profile with Arise Virtual Solutions. Arise provides the platform and technology support you need to service clients.

  4. You will receive an email once you have chosen a client with links to fill out your affidavit of ID, proof of servicing address, proof of identity, W9, and Direct Deposit forms. These forms must be completed before you are allowed to service a client. Please check your spam folder to see if any correspondence is going there.

  5. Make sure you have a working computer that will meet Anissette Solutions’ guidelines. See technical requirements here.

  6.  Purchase a USB headset for your certification class and for servicing most clients. This headset plugs into your computer. See our recommendations.

  7. You will be invited to join our private Facebook group. Facebook is where we make important announcements and offers. If you do not have a FB page, you can create one at www.facebook.com.

Our virtual call center uses the technology provided through Arise Virtual Solutions.

PLEASE BE ADVISED:  Arise Virtual Solutions will not do business with agents in California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Washington DC (DC), Illinois (IL), Massachusetts (MA), Maryland (MD), Minnesota (MN), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Oregon (OR), Pennsylvania (PA), Vermont (VT), Washington (WA), Wisconsin (WI) and outside of the United States. You cannot use the Arise platform to service clients if you reside in these states.
