About the Role

Provide emergency roadside assistance to customers that have emergency roadside benefits as part of their automotive insurance policy or their new vehicle owner’s package.

What’s Needed to Provide Support for this Client:

Inbound phone and video customer service/technical support.

Patience and empathy.

Easily manage stress, able to work under pressure, and adapt to adverse situations.

Be knowledgeable and friendly.

Deliver eloquent customer service.

Have experience working with users to identify the best solution.


What It Takes To Succeed:

You must be self-motivated (no supervisor will be peering over your shoulder), possess outstanding problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy, and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, handling potentially stressful situations.

Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills are a must. It’s also important to deliver knowledgeable, friendly, and customer service while efficiently navigating multiple systems.

Prior to servicing a client opportunity through the Arise Platform, a series of assessments and a virtual certification course must be successfully completed.

Certification courses can be as short as a few days or can last up to six weeks, depending on the complexity of the client program.


What You Need To Get Started:

Register with Anissette Solutions.

We’ll send you instructions to sign up on the Arise Platform.

Select a client opportunity.

Enroll in a certification course to prepare to service.


Responsibilities:

Answer Inbound calls for roadside assistance and other service requests from customers for assistance with things such as: vehicle won’t start, flat tire, keys locked in a car, out of gas, accident.

Make possible outbound calls to list of client’s service providers to secure appropriate towing assistance to resolve customer needs.

Transfer inbound calls or outbound calls to other client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives.


Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week (some clients have weekend requirements).

Must have a quiet distraction free work environment.

Must have minimum computer specifications or better as needed by client (laptop or desktop).

Must have a USB headset with microphone (required for a certification training).

Must have a hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection.

Must have a phone service.

Must be able to purchase a call center noise cancelling headset that connects to your computer via USB.
